Mating

On the sixth of December 2023, Bielkersmil's Eimo Of Avici and Bielkersmil's Freya of Artur mated. If all goes well, we hope that healthy and well-made puppies will be born at the beginning of February 2024. The puppies will be ready for delivery around the twelfth of April 2024.

About Freya

Freya is a soft and easy-to-handle medium-sized bitch. She has participated in two sled dog-tests  and received prize 1 on DP60. She works well in all positions in the team. Freya is responsive but has quite a lot of hunting will and she can't be loose. She is cuddly, lively and happy, works well with other dogs, moves very well, has excellent coat and pigment, good paws and relatively short coat. This will be Freya's first litter.

 About Eimo

Eimo is a big very kind guy of medium rough type. He is easy to handle and works well with other dogs, but because he has a great desire to hunt, he cannot be loose. He works excellently in all positions in the team but usually goes as a wheeldog. He is very cuddly, moves excellently, has short good coat, good paws and good pigment. Eimo has participated in and completed the Polar Distance 300km sled dog race.

Puppies already seven weeks old

Now all the puppies have found new homes to which they will start moving in about a week. However, one female will remain in the kennel.

Puppies born 20: of April 2023

On the 20th of April, Ziri gave birth to 6 puppies, 4 males and two females. The birth was very easy and all the puppies are doing well. Ziri takes very good care of the puppies and they eat and grow so fast.

Planned mating spring 2023

We plan to mate Biellkersmil's Belaya of Nemo aka Ziri with Bielkersmil's Eimo of Avici aka Eimo.Ziri is expected to breed sometime in February so we hope to have puppies ready for delivery in June.

Dog show: Excellent
Not participated in any dog race. Ziri is the great-grandchild of our by far best guide dog, Corona. She lives with a neighbor who cycles and runs a lot with her. Ziri is a medium-sized, calm and stable bitch with a good draft. She has excellent movement, excellent coat and pigment.

Eimo is a large male with normal bone structure. He is very cuddly and has an enormous amount of willpower. In the team he goes like a wheel dog and always works hard with good focus. He gets along well with the other dogs at the kennel. Since his hunting instinct is quite well developed, he cannot be loose. Eimo has excellent stride, good pigment, good paws, good coat.
